It’s the third Monday of October and the wind got quite chilly.
I hope you feel warm while looking at the sunset of the Imjin River and Dapsari Park.
The sunset and the red shades look so beautiful in the picture above.
However, there is a picture that we think
is more beautiful than the sunset of Dapsari Park.
It is the picture of the proinsulin that is
currently being studied.
The above picture is an enlarged microscopic picture of the proinsulin being studied in the Gwanggyo Lab.
The white round part in front of the rod shape grew evenly with proinsulin.
This proinsulin will grow into insulin after the separation/purification process.
Through these research pictures, UNDBIO is one step closer to its goal of localizing insulin in Korea.
